How to Reserve and Purchase a Puppy:
We have a unique First come- First Serve reserving and purchasing process here at Country Acres.
Over the last 20 years of raising and selling puppies we have found ways to make the process of reserving,
picking out, and purchasing the perfect puppy easier for you, children, ourselves, and the puppy.
STEPS OF THE PROCESS
We start out by posting the expectant mother's link on the home page with the estimated due date of when the puppies will be born.
1
Upcoming Litters Posted
Approximately 1-2 days after the puppies are born we will post a photo of the mother and her puppies on the mother's page at 6AM CST. There will be bold red letters that say "NEW LITTER" under the mother's link, on the home page.
Note: Customers will need to check the website daily starting a few days before, on, and after the approx. due date to see when puppies are posted to the website.

Reserve a Spot on the Waiting List
If you are interested in purchasing a puppy from a NEW LITTER
that has been post you will need to:
SEND A TEXT MESSAGE INCLUDING:
1. Your name,
2. Litter of Interest
TO Janis at 815-419-5245.
As Janis receives the text messages the morning of the post, she will then call the customers back in the order that the text were received.
She will then contact customers letting them know:
1. Their placement on the litter waiting list
2. Conduct a small interview with the customer
3. Ask/answer any questions they may have
Once a person is certain they would like to be placed on the waiting list, Janis will then take their information for a $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE downpayment. This downpayment will reserve the persons placement on the waiting list. The waiting list will be posted on the mother dogs page and updated as downpayment are made.
4
Make a NON-Refundable Downpayment
After the waiting list is posted, we will update the puppies photos at 5 weeks so those who are on the waiting list can see the puppies as they grow and change.

When the puppies are 8 weeks of age the first person on the waiting list will be able to schedule a date to come meet, play with, and pick out a puppy. That person will be able to take the puppy home THAT DAY.
The next person on the waiting list will then go through same process, this will continue until all puppies have been adopted.
Note: We have a Puppy Purchase Agreement for each puppy,
you can read that here: Puppy Purchase Agreement
