We at Country Acres Puppies have been raising happy, healthy puppies since 2006. We are a family of 8 and together we all are very devoted to the care of our puppies.

At Country Acres Puppies we promise to do our best to match you with the perfect puppy.

Country Acres Puppies is located in Fairbury Illinois. As an Illinois breeder we specialize in small breed dogs. We have Maltese, Yorkies, and Toy Red Poodles dogs. We also specialize in designer breed puppies, which is the cross breeding of two different breeds.  Below is a short description of each breed we have available at Country Acres Puppies.

PUREBREEDS AT COUNTRY ACRES PUPPIES

Maltese- The Maltese is well known for its intelligence, and loyalty to humans. These dogs are also very playful and lively. Maltese dogs have a pure white silky coat and they are 8-10inches in height. The average Maltese weighs anywhere from 5-9lbs. At Country Acres Puppies our Maltese are AKC (American Kennel Club) registered.

 Yorkshire Terriers- Also known as the Yorkie. These beautiful dogs are energetic, brave, and loyal. With an owner who will take time and be consistent, the Yorkie is a a wonderful companion. Yorkies have beautiful fine silky hair. Their coat color can range, but at Country Acres Puppies our Yorkies are black, tan, and steel blue in color. The average yorkie will weigh between 5-7lbs and they are 6-7 inches in height. All of our Yorkies at Country Acres Puppies are APR (American Pet Registry) registered.

 Toy Red Poodles- All of our poodles are Toy Poodles. These cute little dogs are very intelligent and they are also quick learning dogs. Not only are Poodles smart, but they also are very sweet and cheerful. Country Acres Puppies Toy Poodles are all red or apricot in color. Toy Poodles can be up to 10 inches in height and weight between 6-9lbs. All of the Toy Poodles at Country Acres Puppies are AKC (American Kennel Club) registered.

DESIGNER BREEDS AT COUNTRY ACRES PUPPIES

Morkie/Yorktese- The Morkie has a Maltese mother and Yorkie father, the Yorktese is the opposite with the Mother being a Yorkie and the Father being a Maltese. Both types of dogs carry the same traits. These dogs are very loyal and dedicated to their family, they also are very brave and fearless. Morkies at Country Acres are black and brown with white patches of hair. The Morkie has very soft silky hair, which does not shed and is hypo-allergenic. These cute little dogs will weigh between 5-7lbs full grown.

Maltipoo- A Maltipoo has a full blood Maltese parent as well as a full blood Poodle parent. At Country Acres we have found that by breeding these two types of dogs makes for a very adorable, fun, and loving puppy. Maltipoos are great dogs for first time pet owners, these dogs are very intelligent and pick up on training techniques very quickly. Country Acres puppies Maltipoos are 5-7lbs full grown and are Tan, White, and Apricot in color. Maltipoos do not shed and are hypo-allergenic dog.

 Maltipoo puppies are due in May of 2012.

Yorkie Poo- A Yorkie Poo is a mix between a full blood Poodle and a full blood Yorkie. Yorkie Poos are very loyal and super cute, they are also very intelligent and lively. Yorkie Poos are good family pets because they get along well with children as well as other pets. Yorkie Poos do not shed and are hypo-allergenic. Country Acres Yorkie Poo puppies are Black, White, and Brown in color. The Yorkie Poos hair is very soft and silky and can be wavy or curly. The Yorkie Poos at Country Acres weigh between 5-9lbs full grown.
